BACKGROUND: 

Bid No. 606952-24, for Purchase and Installation of Electrical Lights at Ball Fields Countywide was advertised on January 17, 2024 and opened on February 13, 2024. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for Purchase and Installation of Electrical Lights at Ball Fields Countywide.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The term of the Contract is from date of award through March 31, 2028, or until allocated budget is                      exhausted, whichever occurs first.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Communication Electronic Systems LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
