Distribution and Threats to the Arizona Toad in Clark County

Additional Comments:

The total Agreement award is in the amount not-to-exceed $310,121.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is to study the distribution and threats to the Arizona Toad in Clark County.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement is from date of award through April 1, 2026 and includes a 6-month                      extension.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
