BACKGROUND:
On January 11, 2024, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 606876-23 was advertised on the Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Proposals were requested for Mental Health Services for youth in Correctional Facilities.
Proposals were received from the following firms: Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC (LBE), Aspire Mental Health, LLC (NBE), CMP Services LLC (NBE), Connect Staffing Professional, LLC (NBE), Syra Health Corp. (LBE) and Wellpath LLC (LBE).
An Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of 3 individuals from Department of Juvenile Justice Services and Family Services reviewed and evaluated the proposals. After the evaluation, the Ad-Hoc Committee ranked the firms in the following order: Aspire Mental Health LLC, CMP Services LLC, Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC, Syra Health Corp., Wellpath LLC, and Connect Staffing Professional, LLC.
The Ad-Hoc Committee recommends the selection of, and the Contract with Aspire Mental Health, LLC.
This Contract is for Mental Health Services for youth in Correctional Facilities.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 and includes the option to renew for 4, one-year periods.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 4% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through the RFP process.
Aspire Mental Health, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
