BACKGROUND: 

On May 16, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners granted City of Henderson (COH) a non-exclusive access easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 179-28-501-005 known as the Clark County Museum (County Land) for the development of COH land identified as APN 179-28-501-007 & 178-28-513-047 (Property). In December 2023, COH sold the Property to STNL Henderson LLC (STNL). As part of the Property development, STNL is required to pave Sausalito Drive to be extended through the Property to connect to an existing paved driveway on the County Land to be used as a primary private access for STNL to the Property and as secondary access for the County to the County Land.

This Right of Entry (ROE) allows STNL temporary access to the County Land to construct the driveway.
