BACKGROUND: 

CPLV Property Owner, LLC ("Grantor") has voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County upon Assessor's Parcel Number 162-17-810-009 to construct, reconstruct, repair, operate, and maintain the pedestrian bridge improvements and appurtenances related to the pedestrian bridge improvements, located upon, over, under, across and through the Grantor's property.

The grant of easement for pedestrian bridge improvements will grant a permanent easement to the County. The grant of easement further describes additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the grant of easement as to form.
