BACKGROUND: 

LOGIC Las Vegas, LLC d/b/a LOGIC Commercial Real Estate has voluntarily conveyed permanent easements for traffic safety improvements to Clark County upon Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 162-16-814-000, 162-16-811-014, and 162-16-811-015 to construct and maintain improvements located across and through the Grantor’s property.

The grants of easements for traffic safety improvements will grant permanent easements to the County. The grants of easements for traffic safety improvements further describe additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the grants of easements as to form.
