BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607584-25, for Starr Avenue - Las Vegas Boulevard to Bermuda Road, Gilespie Street - Silverado Ranch Boulevard to Pebble Road was advertised on May 22, 2025 and opened on June 24, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for work along Starr Avenue from Las Vegas Boulevard to Bermuda Road that includes roadway construction, pavement rehabilitation, curb, gutter and sidewalk, traffic signage and striping, ITS infrastructure, utility adjustment and relocation, traffic signal modifications, street lighting, and storm drain facilities. The work on Gilespie Street includes roadway construction, curb, gutter, sidewalk, barrier rail, and street lighting from 450 feet south of Richmar Avenue to Richmar Avenue, as well as traffic signage modifications and pavement striping from Silverado Ranch Boulevard to Pebble Road.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 200 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
