BACKGROUND:
On December 19, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional service providers for the period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. was selected from the pre-qualification list, [Service]: Construction Management - Administration Major, to provide construction management services for the Sloan Lane Improvements between Vegas Valley Drive and Ruby Creek Drive project, Bid No. 607280-24.
Due to Clark County Department of Public Works’ present and anticipated project workload, the services of an outside consultant for project management are needed. County staff negotiated the attached professional services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms. The time of performance is effective to June 30, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.
Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
