BACKGROUND: 

Clark County (County) is the owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 163-09-601-001 known as the Old Spanish Trails Park (Property). The County was approached by the Daughters of the American Revolution, Old Spanish Trail Chapter (DAR) with a request to install and donate a memorial plaque at a trail marker to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Revolutionary War that founded our nation. Upon completion of installation, the County shall own and maintain the improvements. DAR shall coordinate with the County for installation of the improvements.

The estimated value of this Donation is $1,700.
