BACKGROUND: 

In coordination with the re-authorization of the Clark County Redevelopment Agency, each commission district not containing redevelopment areas was allocated $2.5 million in funds from the FY22 capital budget to focus on economic development opportunities within each district.

Clark County Commissioner Michael Naft wishes to establish small business grants in partnership with economic development non-profit Grow America to support exterior and interior real property improvements for District A.  Each grant will not exceed $25,000 and Grow America would be allotted 5% in administrative fees.
