BACKGROUND:
The Department of Parks and Recreation has received an offer from the Adamsheart Foundation for the donation of four (4) Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). The approximate value of the four (4) AEDs is $4,800. Should the AEDs be accepted, they would be installed in the dugouts at Desert Diamonds Baseball Complex. The Clark County Department of Parks and Recreation will maintain responsibility for replacement and servicing of the units' batteries and pads only and will not bear responsibility for replacement of or repair to these units in the event of theft or damage.The Department of Parks and Recreation appreciates the generosity from the Adamsheart Foundation and recommends acceptance of this donation.
