The total Contract amount is not to exceed $25,000,000.00. The remaining Contract amount to be assigned is not to exceed $17,074,835.05.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On March 7, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award of CBE No. 606441-22 Client Relationship Agreement to Merative US L.P., in the amount not to exceed $25,000,000.00


The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
•                     The term of the Contract is from October 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027.
•                     Includes that either party can terminate without cause with at least one month's notice or immediately for                      cause if the other party is in material breach of the Contract.

On July 15, 2025, the Department of Information Technology was advised of the change of ownership. Merative US L.P. is now Curam Innovations LLC. 

Curam Innovations LLC currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
