BACKGROUND:
On June 16, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Inc. for engineering services for design of the Harmon Avenue between Maryland Parkway and Boulder Highway project.
Supplemental No. 3 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA, Inc increases total funds for design revisions to the Maryland Parkway to Pecos Road Phase plans at Spencer Street, development of an alternative drainage design on Harmon Avenue from Spencer Street to Carriage Lane, and record drawings for the Maryland Parkway to Pecos Road Phase. The time of performance remains effective until December 31, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.
WSP USA, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this third supplemental contract as to form.
