BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has approved and programmed funds for flood control improvements for the Blue Diamond Wash - Pebble Road between Jones Boulevard and Rainbow Boulevard project. The project is defined as BDW4 0009 on RFCD's Ten-Year Construction Program with design scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2025/2026. The project includes the design of a concrete box storm drain along Pebble Road.

The time of performance is effective until December 31, 2029, unless time extensions are granted.

RFCD approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on August 14, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
