BACKGROUND: 

The County maintains the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway (CC215). This agreement is required for the City of North Las Vegas to construct and maintain, within County maintained right-of-way, the multi-use beltway trail improvements adjacent to the Northern CC215 Beltway between Decatur Boulevard and Losee Road.

The license and maintenance agreement with City of North Las Vegas will provide for the efficient construction, operation, and maintenance of the multi-use beltway trail improvements within and along the CC215 limits.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the license and maintenance agreement as to form.
