BACKGROUND: 

This project is for design services of a new parking garage that will provide parking for employees at the new central maintenance and distribution facilities and other future development planned for this area. 

In accordance with NRS 332.115(1)(b), the services to be performed are professional in nature and therefore exempt from competitive bidding requirements. 

This contract has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.  The company currently holds a Clark County business license.
