BACKGROUND: 

NRS 497.190 requires that a Board of Adjustment (Board) be created in conjunction with the Airport Hazard Areas Ordinance. NRS 497.200 requires that the Board consist of five (5) members, each to be appointed for a term of three (3) years by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Title 20.13.100(b) of the Clark County Code specifies that none of the members of the Board may be a member of the BOCC or the Director of Aviation.

Lisa Kremer's term as a member of the Board will expire on October 15, 2025. Staff recommends that Ms. Kremer be reappointed to the Board.
