BACKGROUND: 

This agreement is between The Animal Foundation, the County, the City of Las Vegas, and the City of North Las Vegas ("the Jurisdictions") to support the transfer, care, and adoption of animals from the animal shelter during high periods of intake.  The value of the agreement is $1,750,000, jointly funded by the Jurisdictions, payable in two installments, and expires on June 30, 2026.
