BACKGROUND: 

The Finance Department aggregates and reviews departmental requests for consideration by the Board at various times during the fiscal year.  It has been determined that an allocation of $495,628 is needed for the Community Impact Center Metro Parking Driveway (RP.E0126015) and $368,925 for Extraordinary Maintenance.  Funds are currently available from the Hollywood Regional Park Site Improvements project (RP.E0118017).
