BACKGROUND: 

This vehicle VIN # 1FT7X2AT3EEA98160, has been fully utilized by County Administrative Services and has been retired from service for exceeding the established replacement criteria.  The Mineral County Public Works Office has a need for this type of vehicle to assist with daily operational tasks. 

In accordance with NRS Chapter 334.030, a governmental entity may enter into a contract with another governmental entity for the purchase of surplus personal property without the necessity of bidding.
