BACKGROUND: 

The current Moapa Valley Fire Protection District Bylaws were previously amended and approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners at its Seeptember 18, 2018, meeting with an effective date of July 1, 2018.  Since that time, there have been changes to the district's operation that have caused the Moapa Valley Fire Protection Advisory Board to propose revisions to the current Bylaws to reflect current operations.  The adoption of the new revised Bylaws will update and align the provisions of the Bylaws with the current operations of the Fire Protection District.
