Approve and authorize the Chair or his designee to sign Amendment 2 to the Interlocal License Agreement (License) between Clark County, Regional Transportation Commission (RTC), and Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) for use of the 1st floor of the RTC/RFCD building located at 600 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV, providing five (5) additional two (2) year options to extend the License beyond August 1, 2025, and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or their designee to sign any other necessary documents related to management of the License. BACKGROUND:
On August 2, 2005, Clark County (County) and Regional Transportation Commission (RTC)/Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) entered into an Interlocal License Agreement, and Amendment I dated June 19, 2007 (collectively the License), allowing the County Elections Department to use space on the 1st floor of the RTC/RFCD building located at 600 South Grand Central Parkway, located on APN 139-33-710-002. The License commenced August 2, 2005, and all options have been exercised with the License expiring on August 1, 2025.
Amendment 2 will extend the License with five (5) - two (2) year options from August 2, 2025 up to August 1, 2035.
