BACKGROUND: 

Clark County currently has an easement for trail and drainage purposes on Assessor's Parcel Numbers 164-02-610-004, 164-11-601-001, 164-13-701-002 and 164-14-515-004. These easements parallel the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway from Hualapai Way to Summerlin Centre Drive. Howard Hughes Properties, Inc. now offers to dedicate the parcels in fee to Clark County for trail and drainage purposes.
