Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $2,125,000, and Supplemental No. 1 increase of $325,000 revised the contract value to $2,450,000. Supplemental No. 2 increase of $260,000 revises the total contract value to $ 2,710,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On July 19, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved the professional engineering services contract between Clark County and GCW, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Charleston Boulevard and Craig Road Widening project.

The Board previously approved one supplemental to the professional engineering services contract to increase funds for additional design services needed for the project.

Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. increases total funds to add roadway improvements for the Clark County 215 and Charleston Boulevard Interchange.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
