Initial contract amount was $197,285. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $40,000 revises the total contract value to $237,285.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On October 4, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional surveying contract with AtkinsRéalis USA, Inc. (formerly known as Atkins North America, Inc.) to provide construction land surveying services for the Fairgrounds Detention Basin and Outfall System project (Bid No. 605954-21).

Supplemental No. 1 to the professional surveying services contract with AtkinsRéalis USA, Inc. will provide additional construction land survey services and extend the time of performance to December 27, 2024, unless further time extensions are granted.

AtkinsRéalis USA, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License under the name Atkins North America, Inc.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
