BACKGROUND:
The Department of Business License accepted applications for new pawnshop licenses for a 30-day period beginning March 1, 2022, through March 30, 2022, at 5:00 P.M.
The application for Mack Pawn located at 9775 S. Maryland Pkwy, Suite F, Las Vegas, NV 89183 was received on March 29, 2022.
On April 11, 2023, the Department of Business License received a new application with a change of location for Mack Pawn located at 4525 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139. All required documents have been received and business license fees have been paid.
The business has obtained all public safety inspections and completed the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department suitability investigation with no areas of concern.
The Department of Business License has found that Mack Pawn's application for a pawnshop license is complete.
Staff recommends that the Board approve the license.
