BACKGROUND: 

The property owner of Assessor's parcel number 162-28-402-001 (Property) is utilizing an auction provider to sell the Property through an online auction process. The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) is interested in voluntarily acquiring the Property. In the event DOA is the successful bidder, DOA will submit a separate agenda item to ratify the acquisition.
