BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Redevelopment Agency is proposing an amendment to the redevelopment plan originally adopted by the Clark County Board of County Commissioners on December 16, 2003.  The proposed amendment would add four additional redevelopment areas to the existing redevelopment plan. 

The general locations for the four proposed new areas are as follows; South Maryland Pkwy and East Flamingo Road; South Rainbow Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road; South Decatur Boulevard and West Desert Inn Road; Boulder Highway and Stephanie Street.

The maps with corresponding legal descriptions for the four proposed areas are attached separately.
