BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Redevelopment Agency Fund currently generates revenue from three existing redevelopment areas within District E.  As the board proposes to expand the redevelopment agency to include four new areas within two additional districts, a determination on how funds generated by existing and new areas will be distributed should be considered.

Staff presents three policy options for the board's consideration; area segregated, district segregated or full consolidation.
