BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is for Data Entry, Reporting and Tracking Services for Board of Regents, Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Nevada, Institute for Children’s Research and Policy (NICRP).
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
• The term of the Agreement is from January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and includes the option to renew for 2, one-year periods.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
