BACKGROUND:
On September 17, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dba Slater Hanifan Group for the Fort Apache Road between Blue Diamond Road and Warm Springs Road project (No. PW.R113DFT).
On October 18, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract to extend the contract term and provide for additional engineering services with an overall contract amount not to exceed $1,077,783.
Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract will extend the time of performance from August 31, 2024 to February 28, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.
Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dba Slater Hanifan Group currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
