BACKGROUND:
On August 2, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a Lease Agreement (Lease) between Clark County (County) Rite of Passage Adolescent Treatment Center and Schools, Inc. (RPATC) as the facility operator for the use of ±2,948 square feet of residential group housing for female youth between 10-18 years old, located at 520 North 30th Street, Building B, Las Vegas, NV 89101 also known as Spring Mountain Youth Camp Residential. The Lease is tied to the Operator Agreement between RPATC and Department of Juvenile Justice Services.
The Operator Agreement was modified to include the newly renovated Building A which includes ±2,951 square feet of residential group housing space addressed as 518 North 30th Street. Amendment I will incorporate the new space into the Lease.
