UNCE wishes to continue operating the community garden.  The terms of the Interlocal Lease Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years with five (5) one (1) year options to renew.  There is no requirement for payment of rent.  UNCE shall maintain the community garden as its sole expense and the County shall provide basic utilities with the option for reimbursement if the cost becomes too burdensome.

The public hearing shall be set for September 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
