BACKGROUND:
On December 19, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional services for the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. GCW, Inc. was selected to provide professional engineering services for the Tompkins Avenue from Koval Lane to University Center Drive project from the pre-qualification list, [Works] Limited Access Roadways.
County staff negotiated the attached professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms. The time of performance is effective until December 31, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.
GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
