BACKGROUND: 

This Interlocal Agreement (Agreement) secures a conditional water commitment until the necessary water facilities to provide water service to the Project are constructed by the Clark County Department of Aviation and accepted by the Las Vegas Valley Water District. 

The recommendation is in accordance with NRS 277.180.  The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this Interlocal Agreement.
