Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was, $2,125,000, and Supplemental Nos. 1 and 2 combined amounts increased the contract value by $585,000. Supplemental No. 3 increase of $850,000 revises the total contract value to $3,560,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On July 19, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved the professional engineering services contract between Clark County and GCW, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Charleston Boulevard and Craig Road Widening project.

Supplemental No. 3 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. increases total funds to include additional design services to include adding a northbound braided ramp to the CC215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway/Charleston Boulevard Interchange.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this third supplemental contract as to form.
