BACKGROUND: 

On August 21, 2024, Clark County and the Clark County Law Enforcement Association (CCLEA) reached a tentative agreement for a new contract effective July 1, 2024.  The CCPPA membership voted and ratified the agreement on August 21. 2024. 

Of the entire agreement, twenty-three (23) articles and one (1) appendix were amended.

Attachment I contains the summary of changes.

Attachment II contains the proposed entire agreement including changed and new language in its entirety. With new language bolded/capitalized and deleted language stricken.

Attachment III is the CCLEA Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines, by article, which  elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in fiscal impact.

Attachment IV is the CCLEA Fiscal Impact Summary which outlines the total and annual cost and/or savings of the new agreement for twenty-six (26) impacted CCLEA positions.
