Bid No. 607183-24, for Annual Requirements Contract for Purchase and Installation of Air Filters Countywide was advertised on July 8, 2024, and opened on August 14, 2024. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This contract is for purchase and installation of air filters countywide.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from date of award through December 31, 2025, and includes the option to renew for 4, one-year periods and includes a 3-month extension.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 10% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 5% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Filtration Group, LLC dba Filterworks and AAA Air Filter Company Inc. currently hold a Clark County Business License.
This was a cooperative solicitation between Clark County for Packages 1, 2 and 3, Department of Aviation for Package 4 and University of Nevada, Las Vegas for Package 5. University of Nevada, Las Vegas will award Package 5 under their own delegated authority.
