BACKGROUND: 

Dedication in fee for portions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 177-11-310-047, 177-11-310-048, 177-11-310-055 and 177-11-310-056 is required for the operation and maintenance of drainage and flood control facilities, generally located along the Duck Creek drainage channel, east of the I-215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway.
