Various CCPW storm drainage improvements and repairs

Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $800,000 and Supplemental Nos. 1 through 5 combined  amounts increased contract by $2,530,000 for a total of $3,330,000. Supplemental  No. 6 increase of $249,346.65 revises the total contract value to $3,579,346.65, for  services to be requested by work order, with funding from any of the above-mentioned sources.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 20, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services for various Clark County Department of Public Works storm drainage improvements and repairs, as needed on a work order request format.

Supplemental No. 6 to the professional services contract is needed to provide additional design and construction support to existing work order projects. 

CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the sixth supplemental contract as to form.
