Initial contract amount was $250,000 and Supplemental Nos. 1 through 16 combined amounts increased the contract by $3,199,700. Supplemental No. 17 increase of $1,600,000 revises the total contract value to $5,049,700.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) approved funding for the Orchard Detention Basin project on its 1997, 2002, 2008, 2013, 2018, and 2023 Master Plan Updates.

Supplemental No. 17 to the interlocal contract increases funds for right-of-way acquisition.

RFCD approved the seventeenth supplemental contract at its meeting on September 12, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the seventeenth supplemental contract as to form.
