Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $1,630,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $500,000 revises the total contract value to $2,130,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) approved and provided funding for the Sunset Park between Duck Creek Wash and Eastern Avenue project described in its 2018 and 2023 Clark County Flood Control Master Plan Update, Structures Nos. DCSP 0000 and 0115.

Supplemental No. 1 to the interlocal contract increases funds for additional design services to progress from pre-design to 100% design.

RFCD approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on September 12, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
