BACKGROUND: 

On August 8, 2013, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 725 for the Carey Avenue between Nellis Boulevard and Toiyabe Street project (Public Works No. PW.R016H13) on its annual Capital Improvement Plan. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on September 3, 2013.

The revised Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 725 extends the contract term until June 30, 2026, and corrects Section III of the interlocal contract to show as Paragraph 7 instead of Paragraph 6. The current total contract value for the subject project is $2,333,000.

RTC approved the revised fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on September 12, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the revised fourth supplemental contract as to form.
