BACKGROUND:
This is an annual requirements contract to provide Jet-A, Sustainable Aviation Fuel and 100LL aviation fuels for Department of Aviation General Aviation (GA) Airports. Included in this contract is the rental of 15 refueling trucks for fueling GA aircraft and maintenance of ground support equipment utilized at Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas Airports. This contract also contains provisions for special event support, including temporary equipment and additional staffing for events such as Formula 1, NBAA, etc.
The bid was advertised on August 6, 2024, in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and on the Harry Reid International Airport and Nevada Government e-Marketplace (NGEM) websites from August 6, 2024, through August 27, 2024. Two bids were received and publicly opened on August 27, 2024.

Staff recommends award to Ascent Aviation Group, Inc. a subsidiary of World Fuel Services, Inc. (Company). The initial term of the contract will be from the date of award through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional three-year term.
All bid processes and procedures were completed in accordance with NRS 332.065.
Company currently holds a Clark County Procurement Vendor Registration.
