BACKGROUND:
Clark County (County) has an ongoing need for accommodations in Carson City, Nevada to be utilized by County personnel on assignment in Carson City during the 2025 Legislative Session from January 2, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
Real Property Management (RPM) has been asked to secure five (5) accommodations including a 2-bedroom apartment/house for use by various County personnel. RPM confirmed for four (4) suites at Staybridge Suites and has estimated for three different scenarios based on ability to rent a 2-bedroom unit:
• Option 1: Four (4) king suites and one (1) two-bedroom suite at Staybridge Suites in Carson City for a total cost of $145,000.
• Option 2: Four (4) king suites at Staybridge Suites in Carson City and one 2-bedroom furnished apartment unit for an estimated cost of $147,700.
• Option 3: Four (4) king suites at Staybridge Suites in Carson City and one 2-bedroom furnished Airbnb unit for an estimated cost of $147,000.
All estimated figures and rates are as shown on Exhibit “A.” Upon approval, RPM will book the units as they become available.
