BACKGROUND:

On October 18, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award of CBE-1226 to Bags to Go, LLC (Company) to provide employee and vendor inspection support services in multiple locations at Harry Reid International Airport. These services are a critical part of the Airport Security Plan and assist Clark County Department of Aviation staff with maintaining passenger safety and security.

On April 27, 2023, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued its Aviation Worker Screening National Amendment TSA-NA-23-02 (National Amendment) requiring certain large commercial airports to conduct random physical screening of aviation workers entering certain access points in terminal buildings beginning in September 2023. The amendment to the Contract will allow for the additional services required to comply with the TSA's National Amendment.

Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
