BACKGROUND:

Clark County (County) Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) and City of Las Vegas (CLV) have existing sewer/re-use facilities on the Property.  CCWRD is in the process of removing a portion of their existing facilities due to severe degradation to the line and installing a re-use line with vault to connect to the CLV re-use water system and an electric conduit connecting to an existing County-owned pump house on behalf of CLV.

On May 21, 2024, the County, CCWRD and CLV entered into an Interlocal Agreement outlining the financial responsibilities of each party and the new rates to use the CLV re-use water system.

This project does not impact the Regional Flood Control District‘s Las Vegas Wash MPU facility LVMD 0912.

This item was presented to the County Long Range Planning Committee on June 28, 2023.
