The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
•
The term of the Contract was from date of award through June 30, 2024, and included the option to renew                      for 2, one-year periods.
•
Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract                      with advanced written notice.

On October 29, 2024, Purchasing and Contracts issued a Notice of Suspension of Contract requiring Fired Up Management, LLC to provide proof of ownership of the artwork referenced in the contract prior to its installation on Clark County property. Clark County had been notified that there may have been of a conflict in ownership rights.  Fired Up Management, LLC was given until close of business on November 7, 2024, to provide the proof required.  Proof was never received.

On December 26, 2024, the Purchasing and Contracts Division issued a Notice of Intent to Terminate Contract for Cause and Notice of Meeting to Consider Administrative Action, by certified letter giving the minimum 21 working days’ notice. This letter stipulated that the Contract would be terminated effective February 18, 2024, subject to the Board's approval.
