On June 20, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 606655-23 to University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (NBE) in the amount not to exceed $7,500,000 for physical examinations and utilization of medical services for Clark County employees.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•
The term of the Agreement was from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and included the option to                      renew for 4, one-year periods. There are 3 renewal options remaining.
•
Included the option for either party to terminate the Agreement without cause upon giving 30 days written                      notice to the other party.

On June 18, 2024, the Board approved a funding increase that provided for the inclusion of applicable employees from the Department of Juvenile Justice Services.

Amendment No. 1 will provide for revisions in required testing and pricing.

Approval of Amendment No. 2 will correct administrative errors in Amendment No. 1. The attached Amendment No. 2 document details the modifications involved.
