BACKGROUND:
On June 10, 2025, State of Nevada awarded Contract No. 99SWC-S3128 Temporary Employment Services to 22nd Century Technologies (LBE), Marathon Staffing Group, Inc. (NBE) and Hat Limited Partnership dba Manpower Temporary Services (NBE). Hat Limited Partnership dba Manpower Temporary Services opted out in participating in the Joinder Use Contract with Clark County. This approval provides for temporary employment services countywide.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with 22nd Century Technologies and Marathon Staffing Group, Inc., and therefore, can cease purchasing services at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (b) the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
22nd Century Technologies and Marathon Staffing Group, Inc. currently hold Clark County Business License.
